Recall Ready Workshop
IFPA is offering its virtual, interactive Recall Ready Workshop again in 2024.
This workshop will help you understand the fundamentals of a product recall, including:
- Your rights and responsibilities
- The role of the FDA
- How to limit your liability and manage customer expectations, through role playing during a simulated event
In addition, we'll take an in-depth look at how to build a customized communication plan in the event of a recall, and how to effectively communicate to the industry, customers, consumers and the media.
Because of the interactive nature of this virtual workshop, participants should have working cameras and microphones. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
