Mindfulness expert Lance Breger of Infinity Wellness Partners will convince you of the importance of mindfulness. He’ll show you how you can use it – in work and at home – to reduce stress and increase happiness. You’ll get actionable tips to use every day, wherever and whenever stress sneaks into your life. Before you know it, you’ll do these practices automatically and experience less stress and greater focus and happiness.
